Here are a few pictures!
| Beau dressing up in David's clothes! Love this cute boy!!! |
| This picture teaches us that maxi pads have many uses, Daddy is very creative, and there are many J&J products in the Wasden household. :-) |
We popped by the cathedral at Chjimes and St. Andrew's cathedral.
We had a morning out in Little India, complete with a visit to the Sri Veeramakaliamman temple, a wander around the wet market and the clothes market, a very yummy meal, and seeing some of the remains of the Diwali festivities.
We took a night out to have drinks at Ku De Tat on top of Marina Bay Sands and enjoy the views. We learned that, unfortunately, they don't make any exceptions to the no babies rule there. Boo! So, Mike was very sweet to hang out with David while mom and I went up top! I didn't have a good camera, but here are a few phone shots. (Better photos in a couple months from my visit with Baba!)
We took in the Civic District and had lunch at the Fullerton. Then we popped over to the CBD - Central Business District to see Lau Pa Sat, an old, famous hawker centre. We also visited the Yueh Hai Ching Taoist temple there - beautiful
Here is our endlessly creative Lewis dressed up in a homemade chicken costume.
Here's a quote that just epitomizes Lewis. He heard Mike say something about feeling slightly bored. He looked at him with complete surprise and said, "How can you be bored? You just think of something to do, and then you do it!" And, that is life with Lewis. He gets home, gets an idea in his head of some creation he wants to make or show he wants to put on or set up he wants to do, and he spends the next 1-5 hours putting it together! He's very creative, very determined, very detailed, and very focused! Love this boy!
Baby!!!!!
We love Gogo and Baba - sign by Lewis!
We really loved our time with Gogo here and can't wait to do it all over again sometime!
