Easter was the day after we got back from Sri Lanka, and we only arrived back quite late.
The Easter Bunny had done well though. The baskets were all prepared before we left.
Our Easter Bunny decided to leave the baskets for when we got home from church. This is just about the smartest thing the Easter Bunny could have done, and we think we'll keep that tradition! It's way to hectic to get to church on a normal morning without having the kids overly excited and eating a pound of sugar at 7:30am! (P.S. The baskets were particularly delicious this year because we live across the street from a German market. They have tons of delicious imported treats, especially for Easter. Lots of the best marzipan!)
I headed to the church early to practice a piece for the Easter program. Mike let the boys choose whatever outfit they thought was the most Easter-y. They thought their bright Diwali clothes fit the bill, so that's what they wore!
When we arrived home, this was out!
The boys buried their Daddy sometime later in the day. :-) He was probably just happy to get a nap in, wherever and however it happened!
Lewis cut out little paper eggs and hid them throughout the condo. Then he brought our friend Charlotte on an Easter egg hunt!
We saved our real hunt with the chocolate eggs for the next evening. It was our family home evening activity. We let Lewis hide Beau's eggs and Beau hide Lewis' eggs. The boys were so excited!
We could tell that David was wanting to eat real food! ;-)
Feeding David for the first time was totally hysterical. Not in the way that feeding your first baby is hysterical and exciting. It was priceless to see the older brothers getting such a kick out of feeding him. David didn't know quite what to make of it, but he has decided that he likes banana!

The boys had a field day for school on Saturday morning. They played soccer against the other pre-schools there.

We visited the tulip display at the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay. Gorgeous!
Afterwards the kids played at the splash pad...even David!
